Richard J ("Dick") Dyer | Founder & Executive Board Member

50 years in oil, water, energy and waste technology. Co-inventor of the MOR micro-oil refinery with expertise in oil extraction and processing. Has owned/operated 14 oil leases across multiple states and holds numerous patents in oil recovery technologies. Extensive background includes field operations, environmental assessment, and R&D in well treatment solutions.

George Snider | Founder & Executive Board Member

Co-inventor of the original MORand NZE-MOR technologies. 20 years managing Naval nuclear power plants plus 28 years in energy and oil operations. Served as chief design engineer with expertise in heat transfer fluid-flow. Executive experience with multiple oil R&D and production companies, helping design and operate an asphalt binder plant using his micro-refinery technology.

David Fowler

With 30 years of oil and gas knowledge, Mr. Fowler is currently the President and Founder of Permian Energy Partners, LLC, where he assist clients with asset divestiture and capital market access. Prior to this, he served as President of Ring Energy, Inc. for nearly a decade and co-founded Simplex Energy Solutions, LLC, focusing on asset sales in the Permian Basin. He was also the Vice President at PLS Inc., demonstrating a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and energy asset management.
